Craftin’ Outlaws Alternative Craft Fair Spring Fling is on it’s way. Over 80 handmade craft vendors will gather on April 19, 2014 at the Columbus Convention Center. The doors open at 11am and as always the first 100 shoppers will receive some awesome swag.
I first participated in the Craftin’ Outlaws Alternative Craft Fair for their holiday show in November and it was such an amazing experience. The vendors offer a variety of items including clothing, jewelry, and fun stuffed toys. I am working hard at making my original octopus beer bottle cozies and crochet cotton growler bags, which have proved to be popular items.
I will have a selection of hand spun yarn for those who like to do crafting of their own. As well as teething necklaces, hats, scarves, and wrist warmers for yourself or to give as gifts.
Not only did I enjoy vending at this event I also took advantage of the time to do some shopping. I bought an Amy D Ohio apron that I wear to spin in, and a great watch from Vintageliz. My sister in law who came to visit and shop also bought Super Black Lacquers finger nail polish, which is some of the best stuff I used.
I am looking forward to Craftin’ Outlaws Spring Fling not only to see customers and local friends, but also seeing what else I can get for myself, because really that’s one of the best parts. 🙂
